For this project, I was tasked with designing a Diet Planner for a personal trainer. The planner is designed to guide users towards developing healthy habits over the course of 12 weeks. The project included creating key visuals, cover design, layout design, and a set of icons.
The planner is structured to help users achieve their health and fitness goals through a series of challenges. Each week, the user starts a new challenge that is designed to help them adopt healthier eating habits. The challenges are designed to be achievable yet challenging, and they gradually build upon each other over the course of the 12 weeks.
The layout design was carefully crafted to ensure that the planner is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The planner includes space for users to track their progress, set goals, and record their daily food intake. The layout was designed to be visually appealing and engaging, with clear instructions and prompts to guide users through the planner.
